Description
La Rabassiere (truffire in provental) is elaborated every year for the Truffle Fair of Uzes. Spicy on the nose with Garrigues notes. Complex on
the palate with red berries notes. Silky, vanilla-driven
finish. Syrah & Grenache blend, can be aged up to 8 years. Traditional fermentation with 15 days of maceration.
30% ageing in French oak barrels.
