Description

Pomegranate red colour with orange reflections. Very delicate and
refined bouquet, quite elegant, ethereal and reminescent of woodland fruit and bunches of flowers. Dry, delicate and velvety taste. Long-lasting wine. 100% Nebbiolo grapes, coming from vineyards situated in the area of Neive Calcea at an altitude of 200/250m.
Soil is Chalky and clay mix. Manual harvest of the grapes in the second half of October. Maceration in contact with the skins for 15-18 days, the wine is left to mature in oak casks for at least 2 years for the “Riserva”
available only in certain vintages.
