Byron’s Bird Cherry Gin in hand crafted in the foothills of the Cairngorm mountains using botanicals from the distillery garden and the immediate vicinity, along with juniper.
Bird cherry is joined by lemon-scented fern, lady’s bedstraw, rowan, wild thyme, juniper and blaeberry.
