FMTUBL19 is a turbo blanket which has been designed as a bespoke heat management blanket which is tailored perfectly to fit the Suzuki Swift Sport Hybrid.

After the success of FMTUBL17, (our turbo blanket solution for the non hybridSuzuki Swift Sport), Forge Motorsport thought this was a product which needed to be developed for the Swift Sport hybrid enthusiast. The original turbo/exhaust heat shield does not perform as well as it could, so FMTUBL19 has cured this with a larger covering surface area to ensure the residual heat is kept away from surrounding components that need to stay cool.

Whether youre looking to take your Suzuki Swift Sport on track or daily drive it, FMTUBL19 will help keep the heat from the turbo contained, reducing the engine bay temperatures so that surrounding components will be less effected. This includes anything from coolant and electrical components to the general air temperature within the engine bay, in turn this can benefit induction inlet air temperatures.

This design has been created to withstand the harshest of environments and proven to withstand temperatures up to 1370C(2500F)of radiant heat, which will assist in protectingand prolonging the life of engine components. Design innovation keeps the heat of the exhaust gases contained within the hot side of the turbocharger, away from the cool side and the intake path which helps reduce turbo lag and air intake temperatures resulting in more power.
