Description
This beautiful sake is from Hyogo, Tanba’s premium brewery Nishiyama Shuzo’s and their famous well water. The ?Hana Fubuki? Junmai Ginjo is made from a rare rice varietal called Hyogo Kitanishiki polished to 55%, with all the rice sourced locally, the brewery growing as much of it as they can themselves. A gorgeous medium-light bodied sake with notes of mushrooms and fresh herbs followed by clean & fruity aromas of pineapple and melon. The label design is done by Japanese artist Mr. Hirosuke Watanuki express the flower show over Mt. Fuji.
