Description
High quality plums produced in Moissac, the finest plum-growing region in France, were carefully selected, macerated in grape spirits and then aged in French Oak barrels. Subtle flavours of marzipan, glac cherries and Bakewell tart, this resembles a fine amaretto, yet offers additional dimensions of well-structured delicate aromas of stone fruits; apricots, lychees and red apples.
