Description

Limpid cherry rose colour, along of a fine and delicate effervescence with a moderate length bubble persistence.
Intense nose of fresh berries, hints of strawberry, cherry and grapefruit.
Medium body, dry with freshness, soft tannins, through an exciting, elegant savoury taste, followed by great flavour persistence in the mouth, along with a sophisticated fizzy finish.

Vinification is done using the Martinotti / Charmatt method, the wine will be developing for a few months in stainless steel tanks.
