Description
Soft pink colour. Clear aromas of red fruit: wild strawberries, raspberries, black cherries, gooseberries, peach blossoms. Body is fresh, with a soft acidity and creamy foam.
It is a blend of 85% Glera, 13% Pinot-Noir, 2% Merlot. Must is obtained by soft pressing and subsequent fermentation in steel tank. Matured on its own yeasts and at a controlled temperature. Sparkling process: in autoclave for about 40 days. Refined in bottle for about 30 days
